Fall Jazz Band

We are excited to be starting Jazz Band again! Jazz is a fun style of music to play and pariticpating in Jazz Band allows students to interact with band members in other grades, learn new things, and expand their musicianship in a more relaxed setting.

Rehearsal Schedule

Students who play in Jazz Band should also be in my Advisory unless they are needed somewhere else for academics. I have a list a students who I am working on getting moved over into my Advisory starting next week. If students need to complete their homework during Advisory they are more than welcome to.

We will also start morning rehearsals October 13! Morning rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am. We will not rehearse the first week of November so everyone has a chance to sleep in and have a break! If students ride the bus they can come join rehearsal when they get to school.

We end rehearsal by eating breakfast together. If you are able, please sign up below to bring in breakfast for our hard working kids!

Performance Schedule

Jazz Band will perform at the holiday concert, spring concert, and spring Jazz Night at Post Family Farms (date TBD)!

After rehearsing we eat breakfast together! If you are able please sign up on the sheet below to provide breakfast for our hard working students!
