Final Itinerary

• 4:45 A.M.- Arrive at Baldwin Street Middle School to load the buses. Students will need their instrument and a sack-lunch.

• 5:00 A.M.- Buses leave for Cedar Point. We will have one rest-stop (Ohio Turnpike)

• 9:45 A.M.- Arrive at Cedar Point in uniform, eat lunch, get out instruments and warm-up

• 10:30 A.M.- Perform (expected)

• 11:00 A.M.- Put instruments away, head into the park

• 7:30 P.M.- Leave Cedar Point for Hudsonville. We will have one rest-stop (last oasis in Ohio)

• 11:55 P.M.- Arrive at Baldwin Street Middle School

Final Payment

The final cost for the trip is $95.

All payments are due on or before April 17th so that we can pay our bills the week of April 20th. It is absolutely imperative that payments are on time. If you are experiencing financial hardships or need an extension, please contact me ASAP to work out an accommodation.

Payments will be completed on BoosterHub. Payment options include credit, debit and EFT. Cash and check will not be accepted. Fundraising dollars (or "Booster Credits") collected in your students band account are available for use for this trip! If there is an issue with this please reach out.
