MARCHING BAND COMPETITION CHAPERONE & EQUIPMENT MOVERS
The band boosters is looking to fill a few open positions:
restaurant nights (reach out to restaurants to set date, pass information to secretary for social media posts and follow up afterwards regarding payment. *minimal time*)
eagle stadium concessions coordinator (Supervise the concession volunteers, cook hot dogs, pick up pizzas from Jets, make sure everything is cleaned up / washed at the end of the night, count money and prepare deposit slip)
party planning coordinator (provide plates, silverware etc, set up tables, coordinate set up day of, decor if necessary)
fundraising coordinator (find & organize various fundraisers during the school year)

Transportation Team
Do you have a speciality class license? Hudsonville Bands has several teams that require semi/box trucks or towing vehicles through the year.
Fundraising
Coordinate a fundraiser or simply assist one of our fundraising committees. We are always looking for people to help!
Corporate Sponsorship Grant Writing
Are you an experienced grant writer? Are you someone that might enjoy going to local businesses to see if they would be willing to sponsor Hudsonville Bands? The Corporate Sponsorship Committee connects with area businesses to support the band program. We have great sponsor benefits and ways of promoting businesses to the band community. Most of this work can be accomplished on your schedule.
Special Talents
Are you an artist? Carpenter? Photographer? Videographer? Welder? Accountant? Do you work at a company that could donate specialty products or services? Hudsonville Bands would be grateful to benefit from your talent or skill
Uniform committee
Keep our kids looking their best! This committee is responsible for ALL things uniform related. From organizing the uniform room, to fitting the kids and coordinating the washing schedule.
