Private lessons are the absolute best way for students to receive individualized attention that accelerates their growth and success. Attached is a document with many area private lessons instructors, their availability, and their rate. Instructors are still being added to the document! Lessons are typically 30 minutes a week and cost between $15 and $30. There are options for lessons to be held at school and at GVSU. During that time instructors work with the student on areas of growth, give them instrument specific knowledge and tips, and help with band music and other etudes.
If you would like help choosing the best instructor for your student please reach out and I will let you know who I believe would be the best fit for them. When you are ready to begin lessons, reach out to the instructor directly and they will be happy to get started!
