Spring Sub Sale
The end of the school year is approaching fast and you know what that means, the dreaded what do I pack in the kids lunches! Hudsonville Band Boosters thought what a great way to earn some money for the students and bands, while saving Mom & Dad the agony trying to figure what to pack.
There are 4 important things to know about this sale.
We are requesting you have one check payable to Hudsonville Band Boosters for your order. The flyer said Hudsonville Schools, but it was supposed to be Hudsonville Band Boosters. Having once check makes it a lot easier for the sub committee and treasurer since we have 400+ kids in band.
PLEASE make sure your order forms are turned in no later than Monday, May 17th. If you could turn them in by Friday, May 14th or sooner that would even be better as the sub committee can start working on them over the weekend. Once the order is placed, we will NOT be able to add any more orders.
Our Pick-Up date is Tuesday, May 25th from 4:30-6:00 at the Freshman Campus. If you can not pick them up that day, please find someone that will be able to pick them up as we do not have room to store your subs. We will send more information regarding pick-up when it gets closer to that date.
FYI - We will need some volunteers to work that day sorting orders and delivering them to the vehicles. We will put the sign up list in Charms once we see how many orders we have.
One more thing about the forms, PLEASE make sure your students name & a good contact number is on the form in case we need to call you for some reason. You will be amazed how many orders get sent in without that information on there.
On to the exciting news! This year the band boosters is once again splitting the profits with the students. Our students have the opportunity to earn $1.25 per cinnamon roll and $1 per sub, croissant, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Soup or Dip! This is an easy way for your student to earn money to help pay for future band expenses like the HS Disney trip, HS Jazz Band trip to Chicago, 8th grade Cedar Point trip, Marching Band, Winter Percussion, Winter Color Guard or any band fees they may occur. It's never to early to start saving up for these programs!
